The fully equipped one bedroom apartment offers full access to a Washing Machine, furnished living/dining room and bedroom as pictured. Gas cooking is on offer alongside basic cooking utensils and ingredients. The Smart TV’ have built in chrome casts as well as access to all movie streaming platforms. Star-link Wi-Fi is provided for seamless internet connection across the studio. The living room couch pulls out to a double sofa bed for added sleeping arrangements, all linen is provided. The bathroom is fully stocked with personal hygiene products. With over 40 acres of land at the rear of the property and a walking track out the front, there is more than enough space to cover a quick walk or a scenic hike. Upper Hutt City is a 15 minute drive, with Brewtown less than 10 minute away for a dinner and drink as you wish.
