A glass slider opens out onto a deck leading into the private garden. Family bathroom and laundry are on the lower level which leads into the open plan living, kitchen and dining room. The Kelvin Peninsula trail – which stretches from the golf course right around to Queenstown (if you’re feeling energetic) is a quick 2-minute walk from the property. Pop into the Queenstown Golf Club for a refreshing drink or stop off at one of the many beaches for a “chilly” dip in the lake. Jardine Park, an easy 10-minute walk, offers a playground and tennis court. Bayview Reserve playground is just across the road – Perfect for the kids to play while waiting for the water taxi. Well worth the experience. the water taxi trip across the lake takes approximately 10 min into the heart of Queenstown. Alternatively, Orbus operates a regular bus service into Frankton and Queenstown. Pick up/drop off is conveniently located on the corner of Bay View Road and Peninsula Road. The Hilton Kawaru Village offers a selection of restaurants and bars and is only a 5-minute drive. Spoil yourself and take advantage of their multi award winning spa! Queenstown airport, The Remarkables Park shopping centre and Five Mile Shopping centre are each within a 10-minute drive. For the snow bunnies – The Remarkables Ski Area and Coronet Peak are both 35 minutes and Cardrona Ski field 55 minutes drive. Our staff live in the area and are contactable throughout your stay - either by phone or via the booking channel messaging service. Please note:- Garage parking is available for one sedan vehicle only. Driveway parking can accomodate an additional two vehicles. There is an exterior security camera onsite, pointing down the driveway. In the event of heavy snow or ice, snow chains may be required to access the driveway.
