Sleeping up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, two with ensuites provides the ideal large family home away from home. Everyone in the group will be able to find their own corner of peace and quiet, then come together in the open-plan living, dining and kitchen for some quality time! Historical Akaroa village 5-10 minutes away by car (or 30-45 minutes via the beautiful walking trail connecting Akaroa and Takamatua). Akaroa is a lovely spot to explore where you can indulge in fabulous eateries and boutique shopping. And you'll love being able to launch the boat from the boat ramp at the end of the lane! For a taste of iconic Akaroa charm - The Bellbird's Nest has you covered! All guests should take extra care when using the spiral staircase as they are steep and do not have a contact Guest Support Services in advance if needing the garage for storage of items so access can be arranged for your note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. Abel Tasman National Park is the smallest National Park in New Zealand, but it is one of the most scenic. Abel Tasman boasts pristine white sandy beaches, tranquil estuaries and wonderful forested headlands. The Coastal Track is world famous, and visitors can choose to explore it on their own, or with a guide. Other ways to explore the coastline include sea kayaking, yacht, or water taxis. At the southern entrance to Abel Tasman National Park there is fantastic opportunity for visitors to swim with seals.
