This beautifully renovated 1920's holiday home is situated in picturesque Springlands, Blenheim. The 3 spacious rooms with quaint features has the flexibility, with our huge super king beds, to accommodate couples or singles. In the living room, you will be able to stream your favourite netflix show and use the free wifi throughout the house. The new kitchen will make it easy to prepare meals while still chatting to family and friends. A sun drenched back yard and the new deck is perfect for a few Marlborough sauvignon blancs or a few brewskis from local breweries on a warm summer's evening. Off street parking is also available. This is the perfect retreat for a family getaway, romantic weekend, lads catch up or ladies escape where you don't need to worry about a thing. The location is perfectly situated between the world famous wineries and the charming township of Blenheim. Local supermarkets, restaurants and pubs are within 10 minutes walk as are numerous beautiful and relaxing walks. This villa is an absolute passion project for us and we are looking forward to sharing it with you. We have always wanted to own an old villa and couldn't turn down the opportunity in setting this one up for others to enjoy. The villa is named after the Māori name for Blenheim, Te Waiharakeke, which translates to 'Place of Water Flax' due to the historic natural landscape of the area. We are so excited to share our beautiful villa and all Blenheim and Marlborough has to offer with you. It is a dream come true for us and we want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
