TTe Kotahi is a centrally located residence adjacent to the Hatea river, only a 5-minute walk to Mair Park with a playground and great walks through the bush and into town. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to local supermarkets, and Regent shopping center or a 2-minute drive. Twenty-five minutes to walk to the waterfront and CBD. The house is packed with homely features: washing machine, dryer, full range of kitchen equipment, air fryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, clean couch rugs, barbeque, pool and indoor-outdoor flow. All bedding is cleaned between guests including covers. As you enter the home you will be greeted with a world map, travel photos and adventure books. The hosts travel extensively and have experienced what it takes to have a great stay. You will have a fully fenced backyard and fenced entertainment area around the pool. The house has three bedrooms (2 queens and 1 room with 2 singles) and two bathrooms (one with an ensuite and the other with a bath & shower). There are 3 air conditioners, one in the lounge/dining area, one in the twin room and one in one of double rooms. You will have good WiFi, and a smart TV with Netflix. We want guest to feel at home and enjoy all that Whangarei has to offer hence you will find suggested tips for restaurants and attractions in the area
