A modern apartment just a short walking distance to the central city. We aim to have everything in the apartment that a couple or family would need, including high chair & porta cot on request / comfortable beds (king in main bedroom) with quality linen / fully equiped kitchen. There is plenty of room for 4 people to relax and enjoy the 55 inch flat screen smart tv with a 3 and a 2 seater sofa and high speed wifi. This apartments close proximity to the vibrant city centre ensures you'll have a memorable stay.
HI, myself and my husband live in Christchurch with our family. We are professional non smoking and take pride in our home. We love exercising outdoors and walking our dog, and spending time with our children Pre children we loved travelling through different countries, so understand how important it is to have a clean and comfortable place to stay.
This apartment offers the perfect location, walking distance to New Regent Street, Margaret Mahy Playground, Christchurch Cathedral and numerous other amenities including the Museum and Art Gallery. The advantages of being close to the central city, approximately a 15-minute walk, provides easy access to cafes, restaurants, shops, bars, and cultural activities. Whether you're seeking entertainment, dining experiences, or shopping delights, this apartments proximity to the vibrant city centre ensures you'll have a memorable stay. My favourites being the riverside market (A Buzzy indoor market with retailers selling locally sourced food, plus restaurants, cafes & bars) Also very near to the Southern Cross hospital if a relative is in Christchurch for surgery, a short walk away makes life easy for visiting. With the City right on your doorstep, public transport is easy. Catch a bus, hire a scooter or a bike. There is also a bus stop outside.
