The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.

Seaside Apartment is well appointed for your comfort & is located right on the Nelson waterfront overlooking beautiful Tasman Bay with sensational sea views, an easy walk from great cafes & restaurants & just a short drive from the beach & city centre! This apartment has dedicated secure garaging for 2 standard vehicles. Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m. The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort. Security cameras have been installed in all the car parking areas, the entrance foyer (by the lifts) and the lift landing on each level. Camera footage is backed up to cloud storage and then deleted after a month. Please bring your mask - While you are in contact with our staff members when we welcome you or attend a call-out request for you, and at anytime while you are transiting public areas in the building (hallways/elevators/lobby/garages), we will need to ask that you wear a mask.
