Boasting a garden and views of sea, Seabeds is a recently renovated holiday home set in Paihia, 100 metres from Paihia Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Elevated holiday home in central Ti Bay walking distance to Paihia/Waitangi and all amenities, 50 metres from the safe and swimmable beach. Great upper and lower decks with uninterrupted seaviews, often with a cruise ship in full splendour and a large elevated garden area at rear of property with a great BBQ ready to go. Three levels of building offering privacy for all guests with a variety of spaces. Fully renovated home with new furniture and appliances including Smart TV's and high speed fibre wifi. Large and well equipped kitchen to suit all great cooks with a large dining table and furnishings suitable for a Banquet. A perfect space for families or groups.
