Can you confirm for me that we the Tribute to nz heroes have made a booking with you for 10 to the 13th January.

Hi Jenny, the room as a small kitchenette but has no cooking facilities however, you are welcome to us the main kitchen facilities. New World supermarket is close by for purchasing food for a cold dinner. Regan House offers “The Regan Room” as Bed and Breakfast accommodation for your stay. Recently redecorated to encompass a look and feel of comfortable luxury, this generous room has all the conveniences and features of home, but with hotel standards.
The Regan Room has a personal ensuite, private garden views and french doors opening onto a veranda – a perfect spot to sit and relax, enjoy breakfast, or a glass of vino in the evening.
The queen size bed was selected for comfort and is dressed in fresh white linen, with a pillowy duvet. An electric blanket is available during the colder months to keep you toastie warm! The room also includes tea and coffee facilities with your own fridge, flat screen TV, WIFI, a couch and dresser.

Regan House was purchased in late 2014 by Wayne and Judith Gilmer, after previously owning Hathaway House (Stratford), that they operated as a Bed and Breakfast and garden/wedding venue. Regan House is an exciting venture and one that both Wayne and Judith saw the potential of, with the draw card of being involved in the hospitality industry again.
Owners in the history of the property had previously run the house as a Bed and Breakfast, known as Pretty Croft and were avid gardeners leaving the property with a well-structured and established landscape surrounding the 1910 villa.
Regan House is set on 3 acres of land, with a large proportion dedicated to the house and gardens. The remaining land is home to the family farm residence, including four chickens providing fresh eggs for guest’s breakfasts. The extended animal family also includes the favoured west highland terrier – Maggie Mae, the four family cats, Left, Subie, Dubie and Mr Benjamin Blue Paws, the canaries and budgie brigade.
