Experience the difference, set on a 6 acre valley of NZ bush, forest and orchard, Quirky Woods - Glamping Cabins at Maketu in Maketu offers 3 private cabins, beautiful natural surroundings and a garden. A kitchenette/basic cooking area and bathroom facilities are shared by all guests and are located by the owners's home and Studio with Garden View cabin. Just bring yourself - we specialise in perfect get aways for couples or individuals wanting to reconnect and regenerate.. Free WiFi is only available by the owners home. Quirky Woods - Glamping Cabins at Maketu is located a 10-minute walk from the beach. Surfing, cycling and canoeing can be enjoyed nearby. Rotorua is 47 km from the lodge, while Mount Maunganui is 28 km away. Tauranga Airport is 25 km from the property.
