Pin Oaks is a semi-rural property, set amongst 1.5 acres of beautiful grounds and mature Pin Oak trees. Enjoy an entire guest apartment with four bedrooms. Two double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet upstairs, and single bedroom, sunny lounge, toilet and dining room downstairs. All rooms have beautiful views of the garden. There are NO areas shared with the host. You have EXCLUSIVE use of the suite which is shared only with guests from your family/group. Relax under the trees or on the patio, which can be accessed through the lounge. You can choose between a King or Queen bedroom on arrival. Continental breakfast included in the price of accommodation. No cooking facilities but breakfast will be set out in the dining room at a prearranged time. Kettle, large assortment of teas, toaster and small fridge available for use at any time. We are 10 mins drive from the CBD & PN Airport, 2 mins from Greenhaugh Gardens wedding venue, 14 mins to Roseburn Park wedding venue & 3 minutes to Ashhurst town-ship and the Gorge bush walk. Wi-Fi and Amazon Prime etc available (TV in lounge).
I enjoy living in my Palmerston North semi-rural home and garden with beautiful mature trees. I am a keen gardener and hope visitors and garden lovers who appreciate tranquility and native bird-life will enjoy the home and setting.
