Situated directly opposite Nelson Hospital and 5 minutes’ drive from Nelson’s town centre, this holiday park offers free gas BBQs, bicycle rental and a children’s playground with a trampoline. Nelson City TOP 10 Holiday Park is a 10-minute drive from Tahunanui Beach and Natureland Zoo. Nelson Airport and the Nelson Golf Links are 13 minutes’ drive away. All accommodation offers heating and a seating area. Some feature a private bathroom or cooking facilities. All have access to dining areas and the spacious shared kitchen which includes a stove, oven, microwave and a free gas BBQ. Kai Ora & welcome to Nelson City TOP 10 Holiday Park. We are the closest holiday park to Nelson City, located opposite Nelson Hospital and walking distance to shops, supermarkets & takeaway food. We are the perfect place to base yourself while exploring the stunning Nelson/Tasman region. Choose to stay in a studio or one bedroom motel (all fully self contained), kitchen or standard cabin or on site in your campervan, motorhome or RV. Our facilities include children's playground, WiFi, TV room, communal kitchen, coin operated laundry, family & wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Booking agents for all local and Abel Tasman National Park attractions - ask us first as our local knowledge is extensive.
We love to get out on our bikes and ride some of the fabulous local cycle ways or head down to Tahuna Beach for a swim or walk and watch the many kite surfers. Another favorite weekend pastime is to go down to the Saturday Market in town where we mooch around, get some great street food and purchase fabulous local products.
Nelson has an enviable Mediterranean and sunny climate that allows visitors to explore and enjoy all year round. The central location of Nelson makes it an easy region to access by land, sea or air & Nelson City TOP 10 is the ideal place to base yourself while exploring the stunning Nelson-Tasman region where you can visit the fabulous WOW museum, the geographical centre of NZ, award winning wineries, boutique breweries, thrilling mountain bikes tacks and of course the Abel Tasman National Park. Nelson is also home to some amazing crafts people and the highlight of the week is the Nelson Market which is on every Saturday morning, rain or shine.
