It has its own private entrance from the street, separate services (power and gas), and dedicated outdoor area with a garden. We aim to provide you with a hassle-free stay. Our self-check-in process and free on street parking ensure that you can arrive and depart at your convenience. Our apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, including gas cooking and basic cooking ingredients, so you can prepare your meals with ease. We also provide tea, coffee, and milk to help you start your day. Our apartment is equipped with a Chromecast that has TVNZ, Netflix, Disney, and Spotify ready to go. You can also enjoy reliable fiber speed wireless internet throughout your stay. The bathroom is stocked with personal hygiene products such as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience. All linens are provided. Located in a quiet street with no exit to other streets, ensures that you have a peaceful stay. Access from the street is on even ground with good lighting along the way. There are two low steps to get onto the deck, which connects the living area to the outdoors, creating a good indoor/outdoor flow. The living area has a comfortable couch, table, stools, microwave, and coffee machine. Inside the room is a comfortable queen bed. You can wash and dry your clothes with the washer/dryer, detergent, and softener provided. Our apartment is within close driving distance from the Ferry, Stadium, CBD, Botanical Garden, Cable Car, Victoria University, TSB Arena, Te Papa Museum, and Wellington Hospital. It is popular with people traveling to/from the South Island, who wants a more private and personal experience for the night and avoid parking in the city. We hope you have a pleasant stay!

We are a couple with two young children. Both my wife and I migrated to New Zealand round about the same time (over 30 years ago). We have spent most of our lives in Wellington but have both stayed overseas for a period of time to work. I work in IT and my wife is a Registered Nurse. Our family loves traveling and the outdoors, we have travelled most of New Zealand and we know the Wellington area intimately. We regularly host friends and relatives from overseas and enjoy showing them what our great city and country has to offer. We know what a high quality travel experience looks like and we are excited to be able to offer the same to our guests.

Karori is a friendly suburb with a real community vibe. Karori is famous for native birds, karori park, mountain bike tracks and walking trails. There is a small group of takeaways and dairy 1 minute drive from the house, where you can order Chinese, Indian, and Thai food. We highly recommend Yummy Curry if you like Indian food. Karori mall and shops is 2 minutes drive away, where you can find two supermarkets, a library, recreation center, a pub, liquor shop, petrol station, deli/bakeries, barber/hair dresser and takeaways. There is also a public library and a swimming pool near Karori shops. A short distance from Karori shops, heading towards the city is another set of shops called Marsden Village, this is a good place to take a walk and enjoy some of the cafes and boutique shops that Karori has to offer.
