Your own private access to fully self contained apartment- 2 spacious bedrooms , opening out to sunny deck with garden & port views. Separate kitchenette/laundry area with fridge, M/wave to prepare a lite bite. Ideal for mature couples who enjoy tranquil, quality surroundings. While there is no separate lounge bedrooms are extremely spacious - the main one with 2 comfortable armchairs, TV and writing desk - with access to a covered sunny deck. The 2nd bedroom can be made available if separate beds/rooms preferred. An easy stroll to Napier's Art Deco attractions, CBD, Ahuriri village, cafes, & beaches. Pet friendly. Off street parking & Security system. The space Main bedroom is a particularly large bedroom with two armchairs chairs, Smart TV and writing desk. Opening out onto a large sun drenched deck. There is a second bedroom with Queen bed, again very spacious. There is a bathroom with shower toilet and vanity. Guest access Own private entrance and deck to enjoy exclusively for guests use. Other things to note If you would prefer the use of both bedrooms, there will be an extra charge to cover additional linen, toiletries cleaning etc. Pets by prior agreement please

Quiet no exit street wonderful, friendly neighbours. At the end of the street is Sturms Gully and lovely little private park - very dog friendly, and with walks up Bluff Hill and to the Lookout.
