Our names are Elle & Stef. We are Taupo locals, and together we manage a number of beautiful properties here in Taupo. Very close walking distance to The Landing - where you will find a newly built indoor entertainment centre with Tenpin bowling, kids multi-level playground, Bounce trampoline park, and arcades, plus The Cave Virtual Reality Studio, Cafe Lacus, Mavericks Restaurant, Suga Mummas Dessert Shop, outdoor mini-golf and more. There is something for everyone. The brand new Countdown Supermarket which has opened in October 2022, is only 1.4km away - so only a 2 minute drive, or at most a 15 minute walk. Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms including ensuite, gas fire place, heat-pump/air-con on each level. Downstairs offers a second smaller living area between the bedrooms. This area has a second TV and a sofa-bed. The internal garage (fully insulated) has a set of bunks which is a single bed over a double bed. Bedding configuration is Master bedroom: 1x Super King Split, Second bedroom: 1x Super King Split, Third Bedroom: 1x Queen, Second living area: 1x Sofa bed.
