Kelburn House is our home that we live in and is only 2 minutes walk from the top of the Cable Car. The Cable Car takes you down into the centre of the city. We have one FREE off street car parking space and you can trickle charge your EV. You will have your own private room and your own luxury bathroom please note your bathroom is not an ensuite. We are a superior Bed and Breakfast and on another platform we are classed as Superhosts and Guest Favourite. We only have 1 room that we book out, so you will be our only guest(s). We have tea(s) and espresso coffee making facilities and can supply you breakfast if you want, eg cereals, toast and spreads. Do let us know if you have any dietary requirements as we are happy to look after you. You can also use our kitchen to make light meals like, reheating meals, soups, toast. You can use our clothes washing machine and clothes dryer for free. PLEASE NOTE: Check in times are from 3pm in the afternoon until 8pm in the evening, if you are going to be later than 8pm please let us know as we can make easy arrangements so that you can let yourself into our home.

Mark is a well known businessman in Wellington and owns a large nation wide franchise system called Mr Green. Tabitha works for the Government. We have been a Bed and Breakfast for 11 years.

Kelburn is considered a prestige suburb with large old homes and leafy tree lined streets. There is a small shopping village 5 minutes walk away that has an Indian restaurant, 2 cafes, a pub, fish and chips takeaways, grocery, wine store, florist, hairdresser, barber, german bakery, womens clothes store. At the top of the Cable car which is 2 minutes walk away is a cafe, chemist and doctors.
