The property includes a spacious historic villa, 2 basic family cabins, a renovated Caravan called Lolly, modern shared bathrooms, lounge, kitchens and a camp ground at the back. Free WiFi is available throughout the property as well as free parking. Surrounding attractions include the Wilderness Cycle Trail, walking and mountain biking tracks. You can enjoy local star gazing. The Theatre Royal Hotel is within walking distance. Kumara Village, as well as a range of rivers, lakes and beaches are all within 10 minutes' drive. The property is a 20-minute drive from Hokitika and Greymouth, and 1-hour drive from Punakaiki pancake rocks. The main property has no TV, but a range of games, books and magazines encouraging guests to socialise and relax. A fully equipped self catering kitchen, large dining table and open plan connecting lounge makes this a great space to share with friends and family. There is a wood burning fire, heaters and beanbags. Towels and linen are included for the villa. Those staying in the dormitory rooms have access to an outdoor, covered kitchen with barbecue facilities and all cooking utensils. The beds are made up, however towels are available to hire for an additional charge of $2.
