We are Jan and John Strachan, born and bred Southlanders and have owned this property for over 20 years. During this time there has been a lot of redecorating and refurbishing which we continue to do as necessary. We love meeting the wide range of people we have to stay, from overnighters to those that stay a few days and learn of their amazing adventures while visiting the south.

A quiet tree-lined location for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We are located just above the centre of town and very handy to all amenities. This is the perfect stop over on your way to Stewart Island, the Catlins or Fiordland. You may like to take an extra day or two to explore Invercargill and the surrounds. We offer very spacious apartments with good heating and fully equipped kitchens in most apartments. Freeview TV in all apartments and Free WiFi. Our guests have access to free laundry facilities, free on-site parking (mostly all undercover parking) and free luggage storage all provided. Rental Cars - We now have 2 vehicles for hire at very reasonable rates. T & C apply. If you would like to hire one of our vehicles while in Invercargill please contact us.
