Come and stay in our tranquil studio attached to the main house. Enjoy the peaceful garden and outdoor area whilst being only 5 mins by car to St Heliers beach and Kohimarama beach (Mission Bay 10 mins) and right on a bus stop to the city. The bus to Mission Bay is an 8 minute walk. St Heliers is a a safe, friendly beach community with great cafes along the waterfront. We are also 5 mins drive to the train station going south to Sylvia Park shopping mall and also north to the city. Free parking is available inside an electronic gate. The studio with Queen bed and sofa bed contains a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, small oven, toaster and kettle. You also have your own ensuite bathroom (wheelchair accessible). Wifi is available and TV with TVNZ and Netflix.

There are two cafes which serve breakfast and lunch up the street and 5 mins by car or 25 mins walk there are numerous other eating options opposite the beach, childrens playground and board walk that runs along the coast towards the city. Local shops also include grocery stores, petrol station, clothing stores, community library and local art gallery.
