Enjoy this modern fully self-contained 2-bedroom townhouse which is perfect to use as your base while in Hamilton. It is well set up for short or long stays. It is suitable for small families or professionals. We can supply a highchair if needed. Not suitable for parties. It is close to everything that Hamilton has to offer. A supermarket, cafes, shops, and parks are all within walking distance, it is only a 15–20-minute drive from the CBD and a 3-minute drive from the expressway. The property is based in the Rototuna North suburb of Hamilton. The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. The driveway is shared with another property. A small single internal garage suitable for a small car is available plus a small additional parking space outside the garage, please see photos attached to the listing. Both bedrooms contain a queen bed. There is a queen fold out sofa in the lounge suitable for two people, please advise if bedding is required at the time of booking. There is a small patio area outside the lounge for you to enjoy. Access is easy as the entry is by a keypad (number will be supplied), so you don't need to worry about keys when you are out and about!
