Our home has a unique setup with owners living on the top level, shared kitchen, dining and living on the mid level and your accommodation wing on the lower level, which also hosts a quiet design studio space during working hours. An individual (or couple) can make themselves at home in this small but beautifully-appointed room with a comfortable queen-sized bed made up for you with high quality linen. The space is fully insulated and has double glazed windows to maximise your quiet comfort. Enjoy exclusive access to a modern and private ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating and excellent water pressure in the rain shower powered by gas hot water. Treat yourself to complimentary products during your stay and luxury towels. The bathroom is fitted out with modern tiling, finishing and tap ware. A lockable ranch slider opens out to a private space with garden, outside lighting, outdoor seating, dining and BBQ on a sun-drenched patio. Your accommodation also has a double wardrobe, drawers, iron, ironing board, washing basket, drying rack and full length mirror. On the lower level, you also have access to a second guest half-bathroom and washing machine/dryer. Complimentary washing powder and fabric softener are available if needed. Kitchen, dining and living areas on the mid-level are shared - your stay includes tea and freshly ground coffee in the shared kitchen area and you can help yourself to our pantry for cereal options. Cupboard and fridge space can be allocated to you if require. You are welcome to relax in our modern yet comfy living spaces. Our home is the perfect balance of total privacy and safety, yet with people around if you need them :)
