Nestled in an elevated position, our studio offers breathtaking views of the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu, providing a perfect backdrop for your family vacation or adventure getaway. Fernhill is an elevated residential suburb which is just a 5 min drive or Bus to central Queenstown, or a 30 minute walk either by road or a lovely bush track. There is a bus stop 2 min walk away, with buses to QT every 15 minutes through the day. We have two restaurant/bars within walking distance, a small local store and the awesome "Chur Fish and Chips" :-) For the MTB fans we are 2 minutes from the epic Wynyard jump park, and all the Fernhill trails on offer: You can also access hiking trails from here to Ben Lomond Summit, the Fernhill loop, Bob's peak (Skyline Gondola) and more. The lovely Sunshine Bay on Lake Wakatipu is a 20 minute walk away: Further afield you have the stunning Bob's Cove, Moke Lake and Glenorchy / Paradise.
