Conveniently located 500m from Bracu Restaurant and wedding venue, 10 minutes to Pokeno and 12 minutes to Pukekohe. Only 15 minutes away to Meremere Dragway, and about 20-25 minutes to Hampton Downs and Te Kauwhata. A very spacious and modern tiny home, completely private and seperate from our main home. It features a large bedroom with king size bed, smart TV, ample drawer space for clothes, closet space, touch bedside lamps and it's own ranchslider entrance. There is a full kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, airfryer. Pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided - along with tea, coffee, and a variety of breakfast ingredients. There is a coffee plunger and coffee for the plunger is in the fridge. The lounge features a smart TV, a large stacking ranchslider which opens out onto your own private deck, a sofa which folds out to a double bed for when there are 3 or 4 guests staying, and has bar stools at the kitchen breakfast bar. There is an air conditioning unit situated in the lounge. The bathroom boasts a large shower - much bigger than you would expect in a tiny home! Hairdryer provided. In the laundry cupboard you will find a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Washing powder is supplied. Drying is available upon arrangement at a nominal extra charge. The entire tiny home, along with it's own private deck, is for the exclusive use of guests. Parking is available right next to your accommodation. If you require extra parking and/or turnaround space for oversized or long units or trailers, we are more than likely able to accommodate your needs - please enquire.

My husband Steve and myself have lived in Bombay for nearly 20 years. We raised our 2 children here, and love our rural community. We enjoy anything to do with motors - our son does dirt track racing, and Steve can be found out on his Harley Davidson most weekends. We love American muscle cars, and classic NZ cars too. We love meeting new people and are looking forward to meeting you. It's our pleasure to share our countryside spot with you.
