Hi, There is limited wi-fi signal in the cottage as it is away from the B&B. You are welcome to come down and use the wi-fi in the lounge area of the B&B. We don't have guest laundry facilities here but there is a laundromat down in Hanmer Springs called 'Laundry or Naked' which has card machines and auto dispensers for wash powder etc so you don't need to take your own.
