If you want a unique stay in Tromsø, the Ramfjord experience is the place to stay! You get: - A cozy cabin-like apartment with a full kitchen, beautiful bed linens and big and warm bathroom. - Snowmobile rental and free ice fishing and snowshoes in winter time. The fjord freezes in january through april (but yearly differences can occur) - SUP and boat rental in spring/summer/fall to experience the fjord with a unique view! - A fireplace and relaxing chairs with reindeer skins down by the fjord, so you can sit and wait for the northern lights! We provide wood and you can even rent our warming snowsuits if you want to stay warm! Since it is important that you have the right impression of the apartment it is nice to know that it is on the ground floor. We live in floors above, so when we are awake you will be able to hear footsteps and our washing machine. The apartment is situated by the road, so you can hear some traffic. But the apartment is easy to find. The house is next to the road, which you cross to get down to the fjord. That is where the beauty of this apartment lies. There you have 4 wooden patio chairs, a fire and if you have kids they are able to run around. - It is best to rent a car, but bus works fine too as the bus stop is just outside the door. The bus does not go often so you need to use the bus app to plan.

Ramfjord, the fjord of ravens! In Winter you can spot both raven and eagles, waiting for our neighbors to leave their fishing left overs, so they can get a nice meal. You can often spot large sea eagles around the house! There are large and beautiful mountains all-around, so what is good about that is: very little wind, compared to in the city. It is close to a husky center. Ask us for advice on where to book!
