The apartment is located in a housing association where there are several apartments in a row. Quiet and child-friendly place. All the rooms are on one level on the 2nd floor at ground level. The area around the residence has beautiful and lush nature with crags and many opportunities to gather berries and mushrooms in season. Many possibilities for excursions and activities. It is a short walk to the beach, shops and school. Recently completely renovated with touches of Sami-inspired details and a cozy atmosphere. The place is very centrally located. Beautiful view from the 2nd floor. beyond the Alta Fjord, where the Northern Lights can almost be touched and the midnight sun that never disappears in the summer. Own entrance, 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and a cozy balcony with opportunities for close contact with nature. Grocery store (Coop Extra), fitness center (Spenst) and light trail are located just under 5 minutes on foot. 15 minutes walk to the center of Alta where most of the shopping, restaurants and sights such as Northern Lights Cathedral. Animal lovers are also very welcome.

Hello, my name is Ann Katrin and I am the owner of the apartment that you/you are renting. It is my permanent residence, and I am very happy in my home and hope you will also enjoy the apartment's atmosphere. I am a trained nurse, but currently work outside Alta city with milk production. I am a very active and spontaneous woman who likes to have many projects at once, and not least humor is very important to me. A good laugh prolongs life.
