(closest neighbor to Bergstadens Hotel) Large newly renovated apartment with 12 beds in 5 bedrooms; 4 doubles and a family room with 5 beds (1 double and 1 bunk with 2 downstairs + 1 upstairs on 1st floor). This bedroom has its own toilet and hand basin. All beds have good mattresses, duvets and pillows. On the 2nd floor there is a bathroom with a shower. Own wc room. In the basement there is a shower, bathtub, sink, wc and sauna. Laundry room with washing machine. The house is heated with electric panel heaters. There is a fireplace in the living room. Plenty of dry firewood can be found in the firewood shed outside the kitchen entrance. Large, bright and pleasant living room with dining room with 12 chairs. Own small lounge for 6 people and large sofa group for 8 people. Large flat screen TV with integrated stereo/video. Good selection of DVD movies. Well-equipped kitchen with cups and dishes for approx. 16 pers. Dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, stove and fridge. Kitchen table for 4 people. Outdoor furniture for 12 people in own garden. Spacious parking in the backyard with space for several cars. Outlet for engine heater. Pets allowed
