Guests are required to inform about their arrival time to the property by phone-call ore email minimum an hour before arrival. The last check in hour between 15:00 and 16:00 is considered a late check in.

A late check in have to be notified to the property no later than 15:00 on the day of arrival. In the case a guest contact the property after 15:00 for proceed a late check in between 15:00 -16:00, the property reserve the right to decline the check in request.

Guests are required to call the property on the provided phonenumber for book apointment for check in minimum 1 hour before the guest arrive. In the case that the customer contact the property less than an hour before check in closing time to book apointment for check in, the property reserve the right to decline such request.

The Guest will receive instructions with their host number at the day of arrival. Please note that the property's check in hours are very strict. A late check in have to be notified and approved by the property. In the case of no answer from the property this is considered not approved. If the guest don't proceed check in within the property's check in hours the property have the right to mark the reservation a no show, with a full cancelation fee.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform the property of your expected arrival time in advance.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 20:00:00 and 10:00:00.
