Getting around The parking space will be available but if you do not have a car we are just less than 5 mins from the bus and less than 7mins to the train, in a 10 mins walk you are by Hinna Park a small shopping centre in the area, Hinna Park also hosts the Viking Stadium and around the area, there are many nice walking trails. Additional rules: No outdoor shoes in the house A fee is set for extra overnight visitors and ask your property manager to approve them in advance. Noise and the neighborhood Quiet hours after 11 pm I would like to highlight the rules against excessive noise late at night and disrupting noises that keep anybody else living on the property Otherwise, penalties to face if the rule is broken, to call the police to get out of the house losing your stay fully.
Moved to a newly built block of apartments, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms & parking for visitors. Hosting in 2 of the rooms. I stay in 1 of them. I hope this information helps you assess whether it is something you would like to rent. If you are coming as a tourist, as a student, as a seasonal worker, or for a short conference/seminar, looking for accommodation with a fair price & within a close distance from Stavanger Sentrum, the Forus industrial & the UNI area.  This might be your place to rent
I love my neighborhood since is an area where you will feel in the countryside, but in as short as in less than 5 minutes, you will feel like being in civilization again.
