Small real estate company focusing on cheap, central and comfortable stays. We have an eye for detail and pride our self on quick follow up on our guests needs.

Classic building with updated comfort. Each room comes with its own separate bathroom. The room has heated floor and air ventilation. We keep it simple; No TV, but enjoy fast wifi and a work desk for your laptop. You also have a personal refrigerator that can come in handy for longer stays.
We encourage longer stays and have good discounts on both weekly and monthly stays.
To facilitate this we have a fully stocked kitchen and eating area. Other shared areas include a laundry room and utility room with a freezer.
Manager lives onsite to help and also keep an eye on the property.
