The house contains a spacious and bright living room, an open kitchen with new kitchen furnishings, 2 spacious bedrooms (18 m² and 10 m²) with (new) box spring beds, a bathroom with a super walk-in rain and hand shower; a separate toilet with a -the first on Ameland- w.c. with built-in innovative ingenious odor extractor. There is a covered, spacious, west-facing balcony with a porch swing and garden furniture. The spacious open kitchen has a dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker (Senseo and Nespresso), kettle, blender and a combi microwave. The living room has a 43-inch Smart TV in the seating area. In the common room on the ground floor there is a freely accessible (Finnish) sauna and a toilet for guests. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the basement (free of charge). The parking places are in front of the building; behind the building is a lockable covered bicycle parking with the possibility to charge electric bicycles. The linen package included in the price consists of a bed a bath towel, towel, washcloth and bath mat. The welcome pack has a drying and kitchen towel, cleaning utensils, 2 dishwasher tablets and detergent.
We have previously been everywhere with the children, but never on the Wadden Islands. Since we discovered it, we keep coming back. Ameland is sea, beach, nature, tranquility, sports and games: golf, yoga, jogging, cycling, mountain biking, walking, mudflats, horse riding, swimming, (kite-buggy-wind) surfing, parachuting, but also beach lying, seal- and bird watching. There are beach pavilions, restaurants, terraces, churches, art galleries, mills, museums and November art months. Ameland: just do it! We want everyone to enjoy this beautiful Ameland; that is possible in our beautiful fully renovated apartment, in the middle of the island with the sea and the beach on all sides nearby. NO ARRIVAL ON SUNDAY
Apartment Waddenresidentie Ameland Number four is on the first floor of the small apartment complex 'Waddenresidentie Ameland' in Buren. Buren is the easternmost village of Ameland, and is also located in the middle of the island, near Nes and the harbor, the Wadden Sea. The North Sea with its wide beach is at 1.5 km. distance. Nature is everywhere; the Oerd and the Hon are a bit further away but doable with the bike and you must see it. The village of Buren has several restaurants (including the only sustainable fish restaurant in Ameland), cafeterias (with ice cream), a butcher shop, a bakery and a supermarket, a Primera store with books, writing materials and a post office; there is also an indoor swimming pool (Klein Vaarwater).
