Since 2012 we already rent out standard studio "de Til". This started as a B&B room with the provision of breakfast and daily cleaning and towel change. But guests wanted to stay cheaper with less service. Since 2 years it can now also be booked as a guesthouse. Then as a guest you take care of all meals yourself and there is less cleaning service. Studio "de Til" is a very spacious room with setting area, fully equiped kitchen + dining table, double bed and private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. You have your own entrance via the garden and a private terrace. Since December 2019, Studio de Luxe on the first floor of our house is ready and we also receive guests there. As a guest, you have your own entrance through the front door, with direct access to the floor via a staircase. Studio de Luxe consists of a spacious sitting room with a fully equipped kitchen, sitting area and dining table. A separate, small bedroom with a double bed (queen-size) and a private bathroom with shower cabin and toilet. An extra bed is available in the sitting room for a possible 3rd person. In good weather, you can use our garden. No pets are allowed here. We live on the ground floor ourselves and rarely go upstairs, which means that our guests have a high degree of privacy.

If you want to stay overnight with full B&B service, this is possible at an additional cost of 15 euro p.p.p.n. We provide your extensive breakfast with freshly baked bread, clean your (bathroom) room daily and replace the towels. This must be indicated when booking or at least 1 day before arrival.

We have lived in this house for 20 years and now know a lot about the area and are happy to share this to help our guests find suitable activities. We appreciate a great deal of privacy, but also enjoy hearing stories and experiences from our guests. If our activities allow it, we really enjoy having a cup of coffee together. Our experience is that this often happens spontaneously, especially in the summer months when people live outside a bit more. Our house is located in a quiet 1930s neighborhood with mostly detached houses and many large trees that provide a green environment. The bus stop to Arnhem or Wageningen is at a walking distance of only 200 m. This will take you to one of these major cities in 25 minutes and the WUR University of Wageningen in 35 minutes. Also within walking distance are a supermarket with ATM, a bicycle shop where you can rent bicycles and a Chinese and Italian restaurant
