Leudal Estate has been developed in with a circular philosophy. In the development, a high percentage of materials was used before, let's say 'these materials have experience'. Leudal Estate strives for complete energy neutrality. The houses are equipped with modern heat pumps and the energy is generated with their own solar panels and heat pipes.

Leudal Estate is located directly on a fantastic nature reserve, suitable for walking, cycling, mountain biking and horse riding. Roermond with its Designer Outlet Center and the Maasplassen, suitable for water sports and sailing, is a ten-minute drive away. The Designer Outlet Roermond is also only 11 km away.
