Please note that the credit card used to make the booking needs to be shown upon check-in and the name of the lead guest needs to be the same as the name on the credit card. Failure in providing the correct credit card upon arrival may result in guests having to pay with an alternative credit card at the hotel directly. Please note that debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the total amount of the stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If breakfast is included in the room rate, then one child under 11 can stay free of charge in the room. Breakfast is ½ price for children under 12 years old. Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval, with a maximum weight of 25kg. Limited availability.
