The house is unique because in this location you are completely private, you have a view over the water and it is super quiet. You only hear the birds and the natural environment around you. The house faces south, so you can enjoy the sun all day. Since no motor vehicles are allowed in our park, you will be in the peace of nature. From the paid parking lot you have to walk 700 meters to our house. There are carts available, with which you can bring your belongings to the cottage or you can use someone to bring you and your belongings in a golf cart to your cottage (for a fee). We also have a cargo bike at the entrance that you can use to bring your belongings to the cottage. From October 1 to April 30, you can park for free on the road. From May 1 to October 1, you can park 2 hours for free on the road with a blue disc (this is present in the cottage). Opposite the park is a paid parking lot, which you can use. The cost is 10 euros per 24 hours. There are 3 free bikes at the accommodation. Recently we have a large cargo bike at the parking lot, which you can use to bring all your belongings to the cottage. It is possible to book a golf cart service on arrival from 16.00 hours, which will pick you up (for a small fee) at the parking lot and bring you and your guests with all your stuff to the boat. Ask about the possibilities with the host. Of course, we will share all information about this with you before your arrival.

Vinkeveen is a beautiful village, renowned for the Vinkeveense Plassen (Vinkeveen Lakes). It's a popular destination for water sports enthusiasts, such as sailors, kayakers, and divers, drawn by the clear waters and diverse underwater flora and fauna. In addition to water sports, Vinkeveen also offers picturesque hiking and cycling routes. The area is known for its natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoying the outdoors. Vinkeveen is conveniently located near Amsterdam and Utrecht, making it attractive for those seeking to combine nature with urban amenities, attractions, or nightlife. Furthermore, two supermarkets and a variety of dining options are nearby, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests. Accessibility: Motor vehicles cannot directly access the accommodation, allowing you to enjoy total tranquility on the edge of the Vinkeveense Plassen, surrounded by nature, birds, and silence. An 800m walk from the parking lot will lead you to this prime location. Upon arrival, our convenient cargo bike will be available at the entrance, allowing you to transport all your belongings to this beautiful holiday destination. We provide 2 complimentary bicycles for easy travel to and from the parking area. Additionally, 10 large carts are available.* Parking: From October 1st to March 31st, free parking is available on the road in front of the harbor. Outside of this period, there is a maximum parking duration of 2 hours within the parking disc zone between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. Paid parking is available in a parking lot opposite the park (10 per day). For a fee, we offer the option to pick you up with a golf cart and transport all your luggage directly to the accommodation. This service is available from Monday to Friday between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
