Groups of 8 or more are required to pay a €25 deposit per guest. This deposit will be automatically pre-authorised on your credit card once your booking is confirmed.

If the pre-authorisation cannot be processed, you will need to provide new credit card details. The deposit must be pre-authorised by card in advance or on arrival. The pre-authorised amount will be released one day after check-out, provided no house rules have been violated. Failure to complete the deposit pre-authorisation will result in cancellation without a refund.

If the deposit does not fully cover the cost of damages or fines due to violations of house rules, we reserve the right to charge additional amounts.

Guests and groups of fewer than 8 people are not required to pay a deposit. However, all guests, regardless of group size, are responsible for reimbursing Little Monkey Hostel for any damages or fines resulting from inappropriate behaviour or violations of house rules. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Arrival

On your arrival day, your room will be available from 3pm. If you arrive during reception hours (until 8pm), our team will be happy to assist you. You can also use our self-check-in kiosk for a quick and easy check-in process.

If you arrive after reception hours, it is essential that you complete the online check-in before 8pm. If the online check-in is completed, you will receive an email at 8pm with a link to a web app and a door code to access the building and your room. Please note, you will not be able to enter the building if the online check-in is incomplete (or completed after 8pm) or if there is any unpaid balance.
