Breakfast is mandatory and included as standard with every booking. The costs are €15 euros for adults, €8.50 euros for children from 2 to 8 years old, and free for children under 2 years old. When making the booking, €15 per guest will automatically be charged. For children, a partial refund will be processed upon arrival.
Our rooms are not cleaned daily. If you stay longer than 7 days, we can carry out a minor cleaning upon request.
Organizing student and bachelor parties or drinking parties is not permitted.
In the event of any nuisance, you will be removed immediately without a refund and any additional costs incurred will be charged.

Additionally, we offer exciting activities like the Waterjump for those seeking an extra thrill.The winter season runs from mid-October to mid-March, and during these months.
In addition to windsurf rentals, we offer ski and snowboard lessons on our indoor Snow Slope. Restaurant Eat & See is open year-round and features in the winter a cozy Austrian atmosphere in both decor and menu. The winter-themed Snow Hut offers lessons and Eisstockschießen: a fun game for all ages. At Brouwersdam, you can enjoy an authentic Austrian winter experience with plenty of activities and warm hospitality.
