B&B Central Park focuses on art and culture. It's decorated with several artworks and the rooms are accommodated with design furniture. Owner and hostess Ineke has a background in the art and cultural sector and, if desired, she can supply guests with cultural tips and advice.

B&B Central Park is the ideal place to stay overnight after spending an evening at the theatre or concert, or if you are visiting one of the many festivals in Utrecht. B&B Central Park has two bedrooms, each equipped with their own sanitary facilities (shower, toilet and wash basin), and both accommodated with luxury Auping boxspring beds. The rooms are decorated with art and design from both local talents and well-known artists and designers. The fully equipped kitchen and large table in the breakfast area are for joint use. The B&B is situated on the ground floor, and has a small patio with terrace furniture. It can also be used to store bikes. The 2 rooms can either be rented separately, or the entire B&B can also be rented as an appartment suitable for 4 people.

As the name suggests, B&B Central Park is centrally located at walking distance from the heart of Utrecht, and right across the street of the 'Griftpark', a modern and contemporary city park, in the middle of the cosy neighbourhood ‘Wittevrouwen’. Various restaurants, cafes, and shops are all within several minutes walking distance. The centre of Utrecht is only 10 to 15 minutes on foot, but there also is a bus stop in front of the house. The connection to the highway is excellent: it can be reached within several minutes. There are plenty of (paid) parking areas in the vicinity.
