Luxe appartement Marc is een ruim appartement op de eerste verdieping. Indeling bestaat uit 1 slaapkamer, 1 woonkamer met open keuken, een ruime badkamer met douche en bad en twee wastafels, een aparte toilet en een klein halletje. Vanuit woonkamer-keuken kijk je op de boomtoppen van het park Gulden Bodem. Twee enorme schuifpuien zorgen voor veel lichtinval. Inrichting is stijlvol-eclectisch. Keuken is volledig geoutilleerd en heeft basisproducten die je kunt gebruiken. (kruiden, specerijen, olie, boter) Koffie- en theefaciliteiten (Nespresso) gratis te gebruiken. Voldoende cups en theezakjes, evenals suiker en koffiemelk. Een garage waar je fietsen droog en veilig kunt stallen en drie terrassen met tuinmeubilair waarvan je gebruik kunt maken. Roken is binnen niet toegestaan en het wordt op prijs gesteld als je schoenen bij de hal op begane grond uitdoet en de pantoffels gebruikt, die we voor onze gasten hebben klaarliggen. De ligging van het appartement is in een residentiële groene wijk met makkelijk te bereiken uitvalswegen naar de autosnelwegen. Parken zijn op loopafstand (Gulden Bodem, Zypendaal, Sonsbeek). Schuin tegenover een Italiaans (pizza)restaurant en supermarkten Lidl, Jumbo en Albert Heijn op slechts 1 tot 1,5 km afstand. Rustige woonwijk op 3,5 km afstand van het centrum van Arnhem.

When I finished this job, I started with a B&B and did this till corona came. During the corona time I focussed on my family and rented the house out to a family, which formerly was my B&B, Now I am happy I am again busy with a B&B. I love to take care of my guests, to meet them and join stories. My hobbies are gardening (as you will see), cycling (MTB, tour, gravel), reading on history and nature, cooking, drinking beer, wine and whiskey, photography, visiting-hiking parks and much more...
