Boasting water sports facilities and views of sea, TwoTen° Surf Home is a recently renovated guest house situated in Popoyo, a few steps from Popoyo Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Rooms are equipped with a patio with garden views. All units comprise a seating area with a sofa, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with various cooking facilities, including a fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware. Each unit has a private bathroom and a walk-in shower, and some units at the guest house have a safety deposit box. At the guest house, every unit has bed linen and towels. TwoTen° Surf Home are 2 beach houses created by a dream to live on the seaside. We are Claudio & Benedetto, two Italian friends with a passion for surf and hospitality. Our goal is to provide full equipped houses near the sea to make you feel like home. Either way, you'll come for surfing or chilling, it takes few steps to be in the water.

Twoten° is a little place with 3 buildings, 2 guest houses and our home, so we can be near you anytime you need. The 2 guest houses are: the Tiny house, up to 4 people and the Twin House, up to 6 people but this one can be rented in 2 separate units, each one with a private entrance, toilets and terrace (Room1 and Room2). Located directly on the beach, in a small village with a relaxed vibe and great people from all over the world, TwoTenº is quite, simple and clean, just 50 steps from Guasacate beach, in the heart of Popoyo, Nicaragua's most famous surf break. Our beach houses are fully equipped with everything you need for your surf & chill vacation: sleep under palm leaf roof, cook with the ocean view and chill on your private terrace with hammocks – waiting for the next swell with the perfect direction to surf Popoyo wave - 210 degrees South West.

We are located in front of the Pacific Ocean, 5 minutes walk from Popoyo - World class surf breaks - in Guasacate town, a quiet and peaceful beach community. Here in Popoyo - especially Playa Guasacate - you will find local and international restaurants, bars & a mini market. We are about an hour from Rivas, about two and a half hours from Managua and about one hour from the Costa Rican border. If you want to explore the area, you can rent a car or a motorbike.
