Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Boat transfers from Kuala Besut Jetty to Perhentian Island depart from 08:00 to 16:00 daily and return from Perhentian Island to Kuala Besut Jetty at 08:00, 12:00 and 16:00.
