Paradigm Residences is completed in year 2022. Located on top of the Paradigm shopping mall in Skudai area. Direct access to the mall, Paradigm mall is one of the top shopping mall in Johor Bahru. Our units are completely set up as your home away from home , just need to bring your luggage for check in - Customer service will contact you via WHATSAPP group chat one day before 5pm of your arrival date. - 1 keys card & 1 parking lot is provide per unit per booking only. Do park your vehicle at the assigned parking lot. Extra vehicle may park at Mall pay parking. sorry for the inconvenient causes. Our policy for check in is required security deposit RM200 (by bank transfer), refundable upon check out date before 10pm. Guest detail and a copy of driving license/ Passport/ NRIC is require for registration.
