We manage 25 unit STAYCATION/HOMESTAY at MetroCity Condominium, Jalan Matang.

Before check in, customer should pay RM100 security deposit by online transfer/cash and will be refund on the day they check out The account number will be given by whatsapp . Note: Security deposit does not include in your room rate ROOM RULES 1. Cannot exceed 6 people including children. 2. Tenants are not allowed to bring outsiders (visitors) into the unit. 3. Check In - 3:00 PM | Check Out - 12:00 PM - Please call/whatsapp staff half an hour before leaving. A charge of RM 100/hour will be taken if you leave late 4. No smoking in the house 5. Shut off power after use/exit the unit 6. Don't throw trash & sanitary napkins into the toilet bowl 7. Halal food & drinks only allowed into the unit 8. No drugs/ alcohol 9. Maintain cleanliness in and outdoors. Throw trash in the bin 10. Place shoes/slippers in the unit 11. No noise inside the unit 12. Use the facilities of the unit regularly prudent and not wasteful PARKING SPACE Tenants have to pay for their own parking space SWIMMING POOL RULES Maximum Occupancy: A maximum of 12 persons is allowed in the pool area at any given time. Please be mindful of this limit to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment. If the pool area is at full capacity, kindly wait until space becomes available. Children Must be Supervised: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Proper Attire Required: Only proper swim attire is allowed in the pool. No street clothes or shoes. Shower Before Entering: Please shower before entering the pool to maintain cleanliness. No Diving: No diving or jumping into the pool, especially in shallow areas. No Running: Running or rough play in the pool area is not allowed for safety reasons. No Food or Drink in the Pool: Consuming food or drinks while in the pool is not allowed. Please use designated eating areas. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the pool area.
