In this listing we are offer entire studio for your leisure. The kitchen are allow for you to use for light cooking. For Muslim guest , we will provide separate Halal utensils upon pre- request without any extra charges. This Studio consist of 2 Queen Beds (4 Pax) 1 Sofa Beds 1 Couch 1 free reserved car park for those driving. Addition car can be park outside the building along the road or there is a auto-pay car park for visitor in the building. HOUSE RULES 1) Strictly NO SMOKING includes e-vaping inside the unit. 2) NO Durian, Mangosteen & Dragon Fruits which the odor smell can contaminate the air con system & linen fabric. 3) NO party, event function, loud noise & music during the stay. 4) NO Pets are allowed. 5) NO outside shoe and beach sands in the property 6) Strictly NO heavy/oily cooking allowed, ONLY LIGHT COOKING ALLOWED. 7) Ironing job only done on the board provided. If found any ironing mark on other area, penalty will be imposed. 8) DO not shifted any heavy furniture without the host consent. This will cause damages to the furniture, floor and wall scratches. 9) Kindly book the EXACT NUMBER of guests staying include adults, children and infants. The beds will be arranged accordingly to the number of guest booked. Any extra guests/ extra beds request will be charge RM30 (Pre-inform before 3.00pm).
