We are a property management company where we handle entire package of property management services in taking care of all unit and hosting guests (Airbnb, Booking and etc.). Our Services including Interior design, renovating, furnishing, professional photography, property listing, advertising, repairing and maintenance, rent collection, guest servicing etc. We are able to communicate, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English, 华语（中文). Will always be at your service whenever you need during your stay with us.

Property info

We bring in the cozy design duplex studio and trendy accommodation with a spacious environment. The units come with tiled floors and feature a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a dining area, a TV, and a private bathroom with bidet and a hair dryer. Units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Private parking are available at the condominium with free of charge. The unit equip with an outdoor skypool, gym, jacuzzi, multipurpose hall and Steam and Sauna Room. Public transports (MRT Taman Mutiara) are within walking distance with link bridge. As unit was attached with mall, convenience and groceries store, bar and restaurants are easily accessible. Deposit of RM200-RM500 will be requested after confirmed booking.
