A very comfortable premium serviced apartment strategically located in the heart of Sri Hartamas neighborhoods with Bangsar, Dutamas, Mont Kiara, Damansara and Kuala Lumpur City. This premium serviced apartment is NEW and has 5 Star amenities and great accessibility, making it the perfect accommodation to live, work and chill out. This apartment is rated for the best value in Kuala Lumpur! Guests are getting more for their money when compared to other homestay accommodation in this area.
I've been staying and working at Kuala Lumpur for more than 20 years. As a host, I always try my best to ensure my guests feel safe and comfortable staying in my cozy space. From time to time I also voluntary to provide localized travelling tips especially to my oversea guests. It's always my pleasure to host guests from around the world. All of my accommodations are charged with very competitive rate, guarantee worth your stay. The entire apartment is available to my guests alone and exclusively. I won't be physically present at the apartment. We would be glad to communicate with guest by Airbnb platform, WA and email. If guests need tips and suggestions for the city visit then I am more than happy to provide you some useful information. In case of emergency, I will certainly be there to assist. You may communicate with me using English, Mandarin(中文), Cantonese(廣東話) and Malay. Self Check-in is available for this apartment, you may check-in at your most convenient time even during mid night. Self Check-in process is simple and will be provided to guest after booking is confirmed.
For your information, there is one decent and modern shopping mall, plenty of restaurants, bar, cafes, convenience store, 7-11, bank, clinics, massage center, 24 hours self-service laundry, and car rental service around this property area. All of the above are within walking distance from this apartment. Basically, it is a well-developed and very happening area. This area is also one of the safest areas to live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is considered as high-end residential area at Kuala Lumpur.
