Your hosts Tony and Mane have lived in Puerto Escondido for over 10 years and have operated Zandoyo for six of them. They are crazy about food, Mexican in particular, a passion that is reflected in the popular Mexican-themed breakfast dishes they serve. Mane is Mexican, born in Veracruz, and is a keen tennis player. Tony is originally from Canada, where he worked in the newspaper industry, and is keen about food, particularly eating it.

Zandoyo is a traditional bed and breakfast in a quiet and safe residential area near good beaches and Puerto's best restaurants. Zandoyo is the home of Tony and Mane, who will welcome you in Spanish or English and with their extensive local knowledge can help you plan your stay. A full breakfast is served Monday thru Friday, Oaxaca-grown coffee served daily. Guests have the use of a shared kitchen, large pool, rooftop palapa, Starlink WiFi. Rental car available. PLEASE NOTE: the swimming pool will be closed for maintenance from May 7-26.

We are located in Bacocho, a quiet residential area a short walk west of the city center and a few blocks from the Rinconada commercial area and beaches. The airport is five minutes away by car.
