HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. The property is located in a private community club with their own requirements to grant access to the facilities. These requirements are a complete list with the names and an official ID of each guest. While HOLT collects and shares guest information, the community administration handles guest access. Any delays in the guests registration are the responsibility of the community. For Pets, there is an additional sanitation fee and also a security deposit which is refundable. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a larger fee. Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation. The membership includes access to the gym facilities with an Olympic pool, a variety of fitness classes, tennis and pickleball courts, and access to the private beach club, an exclusive island within the facilities.
