We are a family owned and operated rental management company, predominantly for non-resident owners, who share our same love of La Paz. The condo lies on the calm waters of La Paz Bay, with stunning views & tranquility! - Amazing ocean views from the large private terrace w/outdoor seating & loungers - Common area features a lovely on-site infinity pool w/sun loungers & outdoor dining - Steps to the beach & a 15-min drive to the center of town & the oceanfront Malecón - 1 km| 0.6 mi to popular El Coromuel Beach or a 20-min drive to Balandra Beach - Wi-Fi, washer, dryer & a free designated parking IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions. Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room. Important Note: There is will be painting work and maintenance in the exterior from July 1st until mid August approximately. There is a shared laundry area between the 2nd & 3rd floors. You’ll need to first buy a laundry token from the guard at the gate in order to use the facilities. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a 56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in in cash. Please note that the pool is not heated. The TV is equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.

The condo is located outside of La Paz’s “Zona Central” giving a more tranquil area, yet you are only about a 15-minute drive to downtown where you’ll find all the local hotspots.
