Come to Rosarito and enjoy all the amenities that this place has to offer, besides the apartment itself with a breathtaking front beach view, you could also enjoy of the jacuzzis, gym, tennis, volleyball and basketball court, and 3 swimming pools. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and enough room to accommodate 6 guests throughout 1,780 square feet of beatifully decorated living space, this exceptional condo unit is perfect for families and friends out for a rejuvenating Mexico retreat. Inside, you will find a comfortable private sitting room, huge dinning table and breakfast bar, along with a well- appointed kitchen that comes fully equipped with granite countertops and all essential cooking appliances. There’s a washer and dryer provided for your laundry needs (no laundry soap included). Look forward to unwinding on the unit’s spacious outdoor patio, boasting 180 degree ocean views. If you want a relax inside with great view, you can stay and watch Tv in the confort of the place, or you can spent the day in the sand and surf, you will happy to retire to any of the home’s inviting sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom offers a stunning ocean view, plush king-sized bed, and en-suite bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, while the second bedroom has 2 full beds , and in the living room we count with a very comfortable couch that during the night will become another bed. My place is 15 minutes by car away from famous PAPAS & BEER. 45-50 minutes away from Valle de Guadalupe Wineries. 5 minutes away from Popotla and Puerto Nuevo Restaurants.
